Brilliant, highly recommend. We had a conformation text the day before and the castle was delivered on time the next day and installed within 5 minutes. I hired the peppa pig ball pool and bouncy castle last saturday, communication with jungle jacks was great answering all my questions i had, chris then gave me a ring on friday to make sure everything was ok for the following day, i highly recommend jungle jacks and will be using again thank you so much for making my daughters party AMAZING!

booked a bouncy castle 3 weeks ago for my sons 8th birthday we booked the superheros with slide, Chris came and set it up for us which took around 10 minutes, we had the castle all day and he came back at 8pm to collect excellent quality bouncy castle and will defiantly be using his bouncy castles again thanks very much chris :)

I booked a bouncy castle with Jungle Jacks for a 30th birthday party. The owner confirmed the booking, and gave me a delivery time slot the day before so we knew when he would arrive. I asked for it to be dropped off as early as possibly and picked up as late as possible which was no problem at all.

He arrived when he said he would and set it all up really quickly, asking me where I would like it to go.

He was so friendly, chatty and actually a good laugh, which gave it a real personal touch and set us in the mood for the day

I have used the company before for a last minute gathering and he went totally out of his way to make sure he could give us a top quality castle

I would recommend him all day long, service is amazing and the bouncy castles are proper good quality and there is so many to pick from

Booked a castle for our son and daughters birthday party in Stretford. Great service and so quick. We added the peppa pig soft play at the last minute which was dealt with easily.

Hired the frozen castle £50 for my little 5 year olds play date with friends. She was so excited and was on it nearly from just after 9am until it was picked up at 6pm.
Excellent service, great price, friendly staff and great communication. Will definitely use this terrific service again.

Very easy to book online. Emails kept me up to date on the hire details and suggestions for little extras for the day :)
On the day of the party delivery and pick up were within the stated times. The bouncy castle was put up and taken down quickly and it was clean and tidy. Will definitely be using Jungle Jacks again .

Okay so it won't let me leave a review and I don't know why!! I haven't used Jumping Jacks before but I can assure you for every time I will require a castle or anyone asks me then no other company other then Jumping Jacks will be getting recommended. Originally had my party booked with another company, however they stopped doing business and passed my booking over to this company, I have had communication with Rebecca throughout the lead up to my party and she was nothing but polite and kind! The day before my party Rebecca rang me for a courtesy call and booked the time for my castle being dropped off, she kept me up to date on the day as to where we were at. Castle was dropped off on time and set up very quickly. Chris was an absolute pleasure, was so kind and polite. When collecting he was again happy and polite and the nicest person of which I have known when I've been to bouncy castles.

Will definitely use again!!!!

good quality castle which was immaculate and clean
collected when agreed and no hassle.
